These terms cover window-cleaning services provided by Window Blasters LLC and the text messages and emails we send about them.
Services and quotes
We quote work before we do it. A quote describes the services included and its price, and stays open until it is approved, declined, or replaced by a new one. Hard-water and mineral removal and glass restoration are quoted separately and are not included in general cleaning or membership visits.
Maintenance plans
Maintenance plans are month to month. There is no contract and no minimum term. A plan covers the scheduled visits described when you enrolled, and you can cancel at any time; cancelling stops future billing and future visits.
Appointments
We schedule visits with an arrival window rather than an exact time. If you need to move an appointment, call us or use the link in your confirmation, and we will find another time.
Payment
Invoices are due when the work is complete unless we have agreed otherwise. Card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Membership plans bill automatically on the schedule shown when you enrolled.
Text messages
Text messaging is optional and is never required to receive service. If you agree to texts, we send service-related messages only: appointment confirmations, reminders, on-my-way notices and job-completion notices. Message frequency varies with how often you are serviced — typically about two to six messages per appointment cycle. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts, START to start them again, or HELP for help. You can also call us at (435) 429-3009. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our work
If something is not right, call us within a few days of the visit and we will come back out and put it right. We carry insurance and treat your property with care; we will tell you promptly if anything is damaged.
