Window Blasters LLC ("Window Blasters", "we", "us") provides residential and commercial window-cleaning services in Mesquite, Nevada and southern Utah. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it — including the phone numbers customers give us for text messages.
What we collect
- Your name, service address, billing address, email address and phone number.
- Details of the work you ask for: services quoted, appointments, job notes, access instructions, and photographs of the work where useful.
- Payment records. Card numbers are handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store full card numbers.
- Records of our communications with you: emails and text messages sent and received, and whether they were delivered.
How we use it
We use your information to quote and schedule work, to carry it out, to bill for it, and to keep you informed about your own appointments. We use it for no other purpose.
Text messages and your mobile number
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for marketing purposes. Mobile numbers collected for text messaging are used only by Window Blasters to communicate with you about your own service, and are shared only with the messaging provider that delivers those messages on our behalf.
Text messages are optional. You may receive service-related messages such as appointment confirmations, reminders, on-my-way notices and job-completion notices. Message frequency varies with how often you are serviced — typically about two to six messages per appointment cycle.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you can rejoin by replying START. Reply HELP for help, or call us at (435) 429-3009. Opting out of text messages does not affect your service.
Who else sees your information
We share information only with the service providers who make our business run: our payment processor (Stripe), our email provider (Resend), our text messaging provider (Twilio), and our database and hosting providers (Supabase and Netlify). Each handles data only on our instructions. We may also disclose information when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep customer and service records for as long as you are a customer and afterwards as needed for tax, warranty and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, stop contacting you by email or text, or delete your record where we are not required to keep it. Contact us and we will take care of it.
